WYETH LYNCH

- about -

Photography - My passion for photography began at the age of eight and has grown into a lifelong pursuit. I’ve explored a wide range of styles, from abstract macro shots to sweeping panoramas. I’m especially drawn to the balance between technical fundamentals and creative expression, and I enjoy experimenting with both to craft compelling visuals.

Travel - My curiosity about the world started early—as a kindergartener, I was an avid National Geographic reader. That fascination led me to the Hunan province of China through the World Food Prize program. Later, during my junior year of college, I studied abroad at Kansai Gaidai University in Hirakata, Japan, further deepening my appreciation for global perspectives.

Education - I hold a Bachelor of Arts in both Photography and International Relations from Morningside College (2009). I later earned a Master of Fine Arts from Iowa State University through the College of Design’s Integrated Visual Arts program (2014).

Work Experience - My career blends creativity, communication, and community. At Dow Rummel Village, I support marketing that connects residents and families through thoughtful storytelling. At Wings Gymnastics Academy, I led campaigns that celebrated youth achievement and strengthened family engagement. At South Dakota State University, I focused on digital preservation and outreach, making archival materials more accessible and engaging.
